The Engineers Without Borders-USA chapter at the NASA-Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas has been working in several remote communities in Nuevo Leon, Mexico since 2007. The EWB-JSC chapter has implemented a water treatment system for Aguilar, Mexico that is based on the US Patent-Pending system Manna principals developed.
Manna staff continues to collaborate with the EWB-JSC chapter to ensure the success of these projects, including assessment training, technology development, capacity building architecture, local employment and monitoring plans.
